Our family has been plagued with asthma problems for years now. In an effort to help make life easier on us living in this polluted valley we started doing some research on indoor air purification systems. It seemed like every website we pulled up had the IQAir systems rated extremely high if not the best for room cleaners. We were originally thinking about going that route until we saw the whole house solutions used on Extreme Home Makeover for individuals that needed to live in hospital like environments. When we visited their website we found out that they had whole house solutions that weren't that extreme but would be great for allergy/asthma sufferers. I made a call to IQAir and they put us in contact with a local company (Alley & Co.) for the installation. The installation team was very nice to us and worked late into the night to finish the job. The initial results from the tests that they gave us weren't that great. We were told that ducts were likely the culprits and that they would need to test them. I put a call into IQAir to ask them about it and they contacted Alley & Co. and told them to use a more sensitive air sensor for the measurements. The tech showed up a couple of days later with a different meter and the results were very nice. The particle count by the intake was around 220,000 and at the registers it was reading around 20,000. We have noticed a huge difference in our homes air quality. We are feeling better and we can visually see a difference in the dust in our home. Our coffee table use to show dust on it a day or two after dusting, and now you won't see any on it for a week or two. It was definitely the right thing to do for our family.

My wife and I live in an 80-year-old house and we thought our furnace was having problems. During and inspection, a technician from Alley & Co. discovered our ductwork was leaking approximately 40% of the heated air before it even reached the vents. Alley & Co. recommended a complete duct cleaning and then sealing our ductwork from the inside with Aeroseal. The duct sealing reduced our leakage from the 40% range to almost zero and the air in our house is noticeably cleaner- two of our friends with allergies have commented on the improvement. The folks from Alley were professional and very easy to deal with and I can wholeheartedly recommend this procedure for anyone in the same situation.

I am writing this letter to acknowledge the outstanding performance of your company and your staff. My wife and I are in the process of having a pool installed in the back yard of our home. Due to the planned layout of the pool/spa, my pool contractor suggested that we have our A/C unit moved from the back of our house to the side of the house. I checked around with family and friends to receive a recommendation for a competent HVAC repair company. He returned my call in short order, came out to see what I'd like to have done, provided me with a quote and scheduled the work to be done on my house for this past Monday, Sept. 18th. Yesterday, two of your stellar Installers, Tom Phillips and Tommy Ali, came out to perform the A/C move. Tom Phillips was especially professional, informative and thorough. He showed me what he and Tommy Ali had done. I was astonished at how phenomenal the A/C looked in its new location. Please pass on my sincerest appreciation to Chris, Tom Phillips and Tommy Ali for a job well done! I will be more than happy to provide your company's name as a source to have A/C work done. In August 2005, your company installed our new air conditioner/furnace and water heater.  My husband and I were very impressed with the installation and the professionalism and knowledge of the service technicians. Recently on 3/17 service technician Tommy Ali did some plumbing work, then on 3/23 Tommy found and then fixed the problem of dripping water underneath our kitchen sink, he did a fine job on both occasions.
